Food and Accomodation Base Camp
We provide an array of menu options for out clients to choose from prior to the program. These menus are designed to provide our clients with a healthy balance and the necessary energy to coincide with our activities.
Our caterers have knowledge in safe food handling practices and follow stringent guidelines. Our food is purchased fresh and is of a high quality. When possible, we support local businesses within the areas that our programs are being run. We cater for any specific dietary requirements such as but not limited to vegetarians, lactose intolerant, gluten free and nut allergies.
Expedition
On our expedition programs, clients cook their meals on small portable stoves (trangias). Step by step instructions are given to our clients about the correct way to use the trangias.
We place high priority on safety and hygiene. This is shown through clear instruction and demonstration of how to prepare, cook and clean effectively
