Our Staff

As Wilderness Escape provides many different services, our employees have various levels of training and qualifications, ranging from Outdoor Education diplomas and degrees to teaching degrees which Wilderness Escape views as a continual process. We also encourage employees to obtain industry based instructor qualifications for activities such as rockclimbing, bushwalking, sailing and kayaking. We generally require and provide training in the following areas:
